Use the Steam Frame's dongle to stream directly to the Steam Deck?
The Steam Frame has a plug in dongle so that a PC (or Steam Box) can directly stream to the Steam Frame with the lowest possible latency. Any chance you could use that to stream games directly to the Steam Deck?
I know you can already stream to the Steam Deck using home wifi. I have Google Fiber with a WiFi 6 router (with the PC connected via Cat6 Ethernet). Even then, I find the latency too annoying. I had the same issue with the PS Portal streaming.
Ironically, the only streaming latency that I have ever found unnoticeable was the old Wii U. Home wifi is a step down for game streaming.
If the Steam Frame dongle is good enough for VR streaming, then it has to be amazing if it worked on the Steam Deck.
