Same several keys stop working, then all work a few moments later

I am on a HP Elitebook 840, Windows 11 Pro 25H2.

Every so often, the Tab, F6, V, M keys and spacebar, (maybe others) will all stop working. After a few moments, the keys will work again. I have searched and tried the general online ideas, uninstalling/reinstalling drivers. disabling sticky keys, Windows Update, etc... I have come across a search hit stating the exact same problem. I have no solution though. I am almost certain it is not a hardware issue, like if something spilled into the keys.

If anybody has any ideas, I would be grateful.
