Low Stress Positions in Education? Or Tips for work/life balance?

I am a special education teacher in Chicago and I can't help but think the job never gets easier. I earned my license through TFA and have been reaching for 4 years now. I've taught SPED in high school and middle school.

In both settings, the demand is high and so is the stress. Are there any other teaching/admin position that are not as demanding? What are we doing to balance work/life? or where are we cutting corners?
