Pay in Four Promo is Rigged

I’ve tried it across mine and 3 of my friend’s accounts. Saved the offer and tried different merchants. It got declined every time due to some detected fraud issue. It worked for me numerous times before earlier this year but rejected me after I saved it.

Note that I didn’t try this out when before the T&C changed.

My guess is that it actually worked before but when they realized they are probably going to lose money on this promo, they changed the rules and started rejecting everyone by default. What a waste of time.
