AIO He (24) hasn’t responded in 8 hours

So me (23) and this guy have been seeing each other for about 7 weeks now,

We go on dates every week and he’s really nice

Last night he asked me to be his girlfriend and he booked a hotel room (nothing happened, but he tried and couldn’t find the .. well you know

We went out to eat this morning but he did keep expressing to me how he barely got any sleep last night and is really tired,

Am I overreacting if I text him?

He told me he made it home around 1:30pm it’s 10:30 now
