Had an interesting experience, thought I’d share

Question

I was just resting, face down on the desk in my uni’s student lounge(idk if that’s the right word, its just a place where students can talk/eat/study). It was super loud around me, and I had super loud music blasting in my ears, but I fell asleep anyways, because I was so tired. I wasn’t trying to shift or anything, but I remember thinking it’d be hella cool if I could just shift then and there because I have an upcoming exam next week lmao

Anyways, I think I was drifting off when I suddenly feel that I’m in my room. Not even my DR room, but my CR room. The lounge chair is wooden and super rigid, but I could feel the rubber padding of the gaming chair in my room. I was just sitting on the chair in the same position, except a little twisted sideways, lying down on my face. I could feel my keyboard on my fingertips.

I was freaked out, and I didn’t know what to do because if I was in my DR, then I could just ground myself, but it was something half-assed. I remember trying to listen to CR sounds of the students around me, to check if I’m still there or if my awareness shifted to somewhere else(I could still hear the music blasting in my ear btw). After a few seconds, I could hear the kids and I woke myself up.

is this a lucid dream or something? I’d appreciate some insight 😭
