Update yourself: What does that even means?

I am 26F with dark skin tone and chubby kinda body, living in delhi and working as sales professional. I meet multiple people in the field who are mostly males by gender. Many of them are married.

The problem is these married mfs never miss a chance of hitting on me. Me with jolly kinda nature talks like a friend with whom my vibe matches but these peeps takes it on another level. Keeping all aside, these married men advise me to update myself.

I was like ehh???? What kinda update u want you in me. I never got what they want to convey. Like is it my dress sense, the way i look, grooming part or the way I talk . I dont get them. Can anyone help me with this? Like what they want to say when they ask me to change myself?
