Signs and reminders but no answer

For close to 5 months now I’ve been making dua for something particular, prayed tahajjud, and prayed istikhara for the matter.

As of late I’ve been receiving signs and reminders from Allah (not like TikTok or Insta reels like genuine real world experiences) that have kept my faith, belief, and certainty up.

I’ve found myself feeling more hopeful than ever before, feeling close to certain and confident whilst continuing to make dua and pray tahajjud and istikhara.

However nothing has really changed or has started to change so I’m just wondering why Allah has sent kept my hope and certainty up to the point where I have little doubt but yet continue to withhold me from what I’m asking for. Has anyone else been through this? Some insight can help please.
