2001 Honda Civic Radio Head Replacement?

Im looking to purchase and install a radio head unit in my 2001 Honda Civic, budget friendly recommendations preferred but honestly I'll take any advice. I also have a 200 watt bridgeable Stero Amplifier (XL-200) that I picked up from my job is it any good? And will it help me achieve my goal of getting decent audio in my Civic?
