Searching for law school with decent TF, passing rate, and environment?

I am considering enrolling next year. I've been looking for a school with 40-50k per sem TF, with an acceptable passing rate, and a moderate number of students. So far, I've been considering AdU and San Beda College Alabang. I am looking for recommendations. Thank you!
