Feeling a little paranoid but unsure what’s even going on.

This bump showed up about a week ago and has just gotten bigger and angrier by the day. It feels painful and hot to the touch. Last night it had this swollen ring around it, and today that ring isn’t as visible but the skin where it was/around the bump feels tough and it also feels like there’s two other bumps under the surface near it. I have a doctor’s appointment scheduled for Wednesday to get it checked out regardless. I think I just want to feel calmer about the situation until then. Picture in the comments.
