Symptoms Still Present - 50 mcg T4 26 y/o male

Labs/Advice

Hello.

I am a 26 y/o male. I was diagnosed with subclinical hypothyroidism - no hashimotos disease. My TSH used to fluctuate between 4-6 and T4 around 0.8-0.9.

I have been taking 50 mcg T4 for over 2.5 months, and I took a blood test on Nov 21. The result came in at TSH of 1.37 and T4 of 1.0 (I did it before taking my T4 that morning). So the results are speaking normal range now, and I do not need to increase dose.

However, I am still feeling all of the symptoms today, and for the past few days. Still not feeling 100%. Poor mood, self-confidence, self esteem, cold sensitivity (clammy wet feeling), fatigue, low energy, poor sleep, brain fog, zero willingness to engage in activities.

Does anyone know why I am still experiencing them? Should I expect them to go away soon since T4 takes time to go higher after TSH is normal? How long will it take?

TIA
