2016 Ford Fusion SE Hybrid issue
I have a 2016 ford fusion hybrid SE. it wouldn’t turn on the other day (none of the lights came on inside the car, the key fob wouldn’t work, etc) so I replaced the battery and used a battery charger overnight to charge it. Now, the lights inside and on my dash come on, but the car won’t start, the check engine light and a bunch of warning lights are coming on. The warning messages read “Stop Safely Now”, “Steering Assist Fault. Service Required”, “Low Engine Oil Pressure”, “Engine Coolant Over Temperature”, “Motor Coolant Over Temperature”, “See Manual”, and “Park Brake Malfunction. Service Now”. None of those warnings or lights came on before I replaced the battery. Also, the new battery never charges over 80% according to the charger I have it plugged up to. Any ideas on what’s wrong or what I can do to fix it? I’ve been without a car for 4 days now. I’m a single mom and literally cannot go without a car much longer. I have no way to get to/from work or get my kids to/from school, etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
