West Elm Furniture doesn't work?

Before I start, here is my SMAPI log.

I saw the furniture from this mod and fell in love with it, it's so my style. I know the mod is out of date, but that hasn't stopped other, older mods from working for me before. But when I attempt to open the game and play with it, I notice that SMAPI says the texture file is empty, even though it is not.

Is this fixable? O do I have to give up on it? I really hope I can make it work, I love the style of this mod. I'd really appreciate any help I can get.
