[Discussion] how do you get additional tarkov baseball caps?

I have not used the one from the drop but how do you get more of these? is it just via the gift on the sight? is there a trade unlocked? I dont understand if its just the single one we get and thats that? do you just wait for the gift to reset? the sword and the secure pouch are not really something you can consume but are we just limited to 1 hat every however often they let you claim the gift again?
