Any significance to 10:28?

I was watching the first movie again today and near the end of the movie, Marty's alarm clock goes off at 10:28am on Saturday morning. Did this time or these specific numbers have any significance to anything? Like why didnt Zemekis/Gale have the alarm go off at 10:30, or like 10:15, or some other round number/time. It seemed like it was shown prominently for some reason, but I couldn't figure out why. Anyway, it could just be that they picked some random time, but it seemed so specific that I figured I'd ask...
