Suddenly my playback speed is fast. No matter what project I open. The J K L trick does not work.

L speeds up the playback even more. Hitting J once slows it back to the too-fast baseline. Hitting J again makes it go backwards. I am so frustrated. I haven't had a problem with Premier Pro for years - it works great for me. And now this.

It is Adobe Premier Pro 25.6.2 build 1.
