Am I being unfairly treated?

I feel like I’m being punished for no reason. I’m on hold at A school currently and have been for about over 2ys. I have a good reputation with chiefs and my school house I was previously rated as. I stay to myself most the time. I was recently moved to another barracks and a week in after arriving they get a call from legal and are now calling me down to see who I am. They didn’t know who I was until legal told them to send me over. The LPO and Chief of this new barracks I moved to are like “who are you”? And asking when I got here. I told them a week ago. So he then says your on legal hold? I’m like no I never heard of anyone telling me I was. He’s like well you are now. I went to legal and it was some good news nothing bad or being in trouble. Come back to my barracks and LPO calls me over to go with him to talk to my previous LPO. From there just went down hill and started judging me off old sdr counseling from months ago and never been phased 1 over a year ago. I told him to check those dates and told him I’ve never been any real trouble. Mind you most my write ups are room inspections from having dirty roommates, and liberty logs from years ago. simple counciling nothing crazy. The LPO currently of the barracks sees it and is like nah your phase 1 this and that. I was a duty driver and had just came off of a 8hr watch that day too. So now I’m phase 1 when I was phase 3. Only because and I quote “ doesn’t know me” and said just give him a week to know me and I can go to phase 2 but not back to my original phase. This was right before thanksgiving. Is this wrong? To just strip me from my current duty section as a duty driver and phase? Bcus he doesn’t know me and when he does I go to phase 2 not phase 3 and wants to think about me going back to my original duty status? Mind you it’s the holidays and I’ve been here for 2 years. I wasn’t moved barracks for doing anything bad eathier. I mentioned it to a chief who knows me of over a year here and vouched for me and is aware, he told me to get back with him if he doesn’t give me back what I earned. I just don’t want this to be a big issue. When I did tell my chief he called him and spoke with him. Then later my new LPO called me in and was like why the fuck are you telling people this and that your gonna piss me off and what not. He’s also like I told you already a week and you can be phase 2 not my original phase. This is wild to me how my life is now back to the basics and I done nothing to be put in a position like this.
