I'm incredibly slow when doing school work and need help

Hey! Okay so let me get straight into it. I am incredibly, no, astronomically slow at doing any sort of school work. What would take other student 30 minutes would take me 3 hours or more depending on the class; and because of that my work piles up and I start failing or doing really badly in classes. I take so much time doing assignments that I do no extracurriculars, canceled so much time with family, lost friends, etc. Just so I can stay afloat. So I'm begging if you have any advice that could help I would gravely appreciate it.

Just to add, for more context. I've tried youtube advice, I also have sat for 13 hour straight (only got up to use the bathroom and bring my food over to where I'm working) doing one English project and didn't even finish it. I used to be a major perfectionist but am not anymore because of the fact I have no energy in my soul to care. Also because of my slowness which makes me do bad in classes, I have 2.1 GPA which makes me want to crash out because the energy I put in doesn't equate to that. I just need help. Anything would help at this point.
