I (M19) and this girl (F20) have been talking for a bit, things have seemed at times kinda flirty, and the people around me —who I trust dearly to keep me in check— all seemed to also think there was something going on

All this to say that I finally was able to ask her about this and I left even more confused then I entered??

She said that she's like sworn off relationships at the moment to focus on other things —totally fair— and then said to me to let her know if my feelings ever changed because she'll let me know if hers do too

It was pretty much "no, glad you asked, I'm an open book, I'll let you know if my mind shifts"

So I guess we're just friends, which I legitimately have no problem with, but like... It feels like I was told so many different things???? Ughshsjwks
