What Would You Do?

I recently moved from a condo to a new home...for the entire time I have lived here, my neighbors have played very loud music, starting at 7pm until potentially 1am or 2am. My husband has asked them to turn down the music and they have the 1 time he asked. We did need to call the police before because they didn't answer the door when we knocked. They did not answer for the police either. I have noticed now they play the music in their basement which is better but the bass is still vibrating our walls. Do I need to get over it or send them a gift basket with a note? There is a language barrier but my husband is willing to talk to them when it's late and the music is still on. I don't ask him to because I wouldn't do it myself. Looking for help, very tired.
