Extended time abroad on 482 visa

Hi all,

In a situation where I've been offered a job that will sponsor with a 482 visa after a few months, however, I've just started seeing someone who is keen to move to the UK for a few years sometime soon. Obviously things aren't serious yet, but if we did end up together and I was compelled to go with her considering I'm from there originally, how badly would this screw me for returning? Goes without saying that it would probably look bad on my CV and discourage and future employers from hiring or sponsoring me, but is there anything from the government that would then make it harder for me to get another visa?
