Help for Christmas and a tree

It’s been a really hard season for us. We just got out of a DV situation with his dad, and I’m doing everything I can to give my little boy the safe, peaceful life he deserves. I’m a full-time college student, trying to finish school so I can build a better future for us, but right now I’m home with him because I can’t afford daycare. I never imagined I’d be in a place where I’d have to ask for help… but Christmas is coming, and I just want my sweet boy to feel the magic of the holiday. Cohen is only 2, and he loves anything that lights up. He’s such a bright, loving little soul, and after everything he’s been through, he deserves to smile. I applied for the Angel Tree, but my application still says “pending,” so I’m not sure we’ll be approved. If anyone knows of local toy drives, events, or places that help single moms, I would be so grateful. And if anyone has a spare Christmas tree, it would mean the world to us. If anyone feels it in their heart to help make his Christmas a little brighter, I made an Amazon list for him. Even sharing it helps more than you know.
