Does it make a notable difference in the application?

Also I don't have a lot of certifications and that empty space is bugging me

I have a month before the application ends, so I could get a one or two more, should I delay my application till the end? I do have all the other documents right in place

I am applying for Erasmus Mechatronics and META4.0
