I can’t stop picking at my face

I feel like I have an addiction to popping, picking, and scratching at my pimples and I am worried it’s going to leave long term scars. I am on my 2nd month of accutane and I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to control the urge to squeeze at pimples, any suggestions?
