Why does the cinematography look like the CW?

I’m watching S5E1 and it looks like Arrow. Weird bokeh. Close crops. Lots of pans and zooms, some of which seem digital. Even some of the coloring seems like the digitally added greens from Arrow. It looks…cheap.

It can’t just be me, right?
