Struggles with adrenalin on 9070 xt

I love my 9070 xt but adrenalin is so buggy. Its starting to really bother me, i have to reinstall drivers so much because it stops showing my settings for my gpu and only shows my cpus integrated graphics until i redownload the drivers. Any idea how to fix or is this just a problem right now with adrenalin.
