Cash out question

Do you fine folks prefer Stripe or PayPal? On TU's webpage, looks like sending to PayPal incurs a much lower fee. But I read somewhere that PayPal actually charges a fee on incoming cash that hits your PayPal account. Is this right? If so, seems like no real difference then between the 2 cash out options
