How to improve speed?

How do I improve my speed in mania? Recently, I've reached to a point in 5*-6* maps where alot of maps like galaxy Collapse, blastix riot, zero risk syndrome, freedom dive, campanella are to a point where they are readable for me, yet my fingers are too slow too hit them.

For me, it's possible to reach that speed, yet it happens so rarely because it's hard for me to warmup to that speed nor even improve to play faster. FYI, I'm top 17k and 7th dan player.
