Ryaltris / Nose Bleeds

Hello. Just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience. I was prescribed Ryaltris about a year ago now. I only really use it when needed. I recently just started having light nose bleeds. Mainly mucus in the nose and when i blow my nose it has a red tinge to it. I’ve never noticed this before. Also constantly feels like there is boogers/crust in my nose but (TMI) I try to pick it and there’s nothing there. Is this a symptom of my ryaltris or do you think there’s something else going on?
