I don't want my google sub to be managed by Jio (after gemini offer), How to cancel?

After the jio gemini offer, My google subscription is completely managed by Jio and I can not find any option inside the app to change this whatsoever. I am happy to get rid of this offer completely so that I can manage my google subscription myself and not some 3rd party. How do i do it?
