feeling defeated

i am about to hit month 4 of dealing with TE and i am feeling so so defeated. the shedding is fluctuating so much it’s giving me whiplash. plus the density on my scalp is so thin. i dont know what to do for it anymore. all blood tests came back good. but i feel like im going to be bald if it continues. any advice or honestly anything would be greatly appreciated.
