Epic Games to Steam Question

So I started playing Rivals through the Epic Games launcher because I didn't know it was on steam. Now I would like to play it through steam but I don't want to lose any of my progress. Is there anyway I can integrate the accounts somehow so I can play from my original one? I don't expect specific technical answers or anything mainly just if this is possible or if anyone else has succeeded in this. Any help appreciated!
