What if in abu dhabi gp max is p1, oscar is p3 and lando is p4?

So imagine this, if Max is leading the race in Abu Dhabi, Oscar is p3 and Lando is p4.

Will Mclaren ask Oscar to swap positions to make Lando win the Championship, or will the Papaya rules, equal treatment etc will be followed and let max win?
