My parents have no nice wedding photos!

They've been married 50 years and this is the closest we have to a photo on that day.

Could you crop out the food or get rid of it out of my father's hands, resolve the graininess if possible, centre them and remove or crop out guests in the background? Looking for enough resolution to print either a 4 x 6 or 5 x7.
