[Bug] Does something about Water Treatment or Rogue guns make your hands freeze post-update?

Since the patch today I've been playing fine for a couple hours, but I'm currently on Easy Job - Part 2 and Reconnaissance, and I've had it happen three times now while on top of a roof at the Water Treatment Plant that suddenly my PMC's hands stopped working: I could no longer search bodies, but more importantly: I also couldn't fire my gun or throw a nade. I could still ADS and heal, and also drag items in my inventory (so it's not as if my left mouse button was broken).

Alt-f4 and reconnecting fixed it, but the first time I reconnected with only 0:05 seconds left on the timer (so couldn't even fraud my kit before going MIA) and the second time I had already been killed (presumably by another Rogue or player scav).

I don't want to leave all the scopes, silencers, grenades and healing behind if I don't have to, but at the same time, there's really no safe place in WTP to casually reconnect for like 5 minutes.

Does anyone know what exactly triggers this?
