A secure way for a job

Whenever I search up on gpt or watch yt vids, they tell me to make bookmarks or to do lists on Canva and then build my portfolio on Fiverr or smth. But can't ai just do the same thing way faster and Better? And so many ppl are doing it. And there's no guarantee.

So my question is, if one wants to change their poor situation, how do they actually do it, without any skills at first and without thinking they're wasting time? (At home btw)

I want to EARN. And I don't know how to do it and what to do. These vague things like "build ur portfolio" is annoying but I don't feel secure about it. And I'm very short on time, I don't have much to spare, and I DO NOT want to spend time on something that's a "what if" and "maybe" I don't think I can get myself to commit on it either if I don't feel sure about it.

Does anyone have any tips or experiences or advice to give? It would be much appreciated
