Superior Oblique Palsey - headache/eye strain relief?

Would taking ibuprofen or acetaminophen help relief the eye strain/headaches caused by my superior oblique palsey?

I have a consult for surgery in January and a prescription for new prism lenses as well. Just looking for a bandaid.
