My "too much" is not a weakness
Yes, I fall fast. Yes, I feel intensely. Yes, I open up quickly.
And you know what? That’s not a weakness. It only looks like a problem when the wrong people are involved.
And whatever mistakes I’ve made in certain moments of my life, there’s something about me that has always stayed the same , and I’m finally starting to understand it.
With the wrong people, my warmth feels like “too much.” With the right people, it feels like a gift.
With the wrong people, my heart seems like a threat. With the right people, it feels like home.
With the wrong people, I have to shrink myself so they don’t run. With the right people, I don’t even have to explain myself. They notice immediately: “She’s real.”
The flaw isn’t mine. The flaw lies with men who say they want a full heart but don’t have the stability to hold one.
My intensity isn’t the problem. It just doesn’t match every nervous system.
Some people thrive with closeness. Some feel overwhelmed by it.
And those are often the ones who end up with me, because I give them something they lack, and then they break under the weight instead of growing with it.
My “too much” will eventually be exactly what someone is looking for.
The right person won’t say it moved too fast. He’ll be relieved to finally meet someone who doesn’t calculate everything but simply feels.
There are men who know a woman like me isn’t ordinary. That I don’t do anything halfway. That I’m human, not strategic.
The right person won’t be impressed because I held back. He’ll be impressed because I feel the way I feel.
And he will never make me feel like I have to be less just to be held.
And if you happen to read this, don’t worry. I’m not asking for anything. I just needed to be honest for a moment.
If you’re ready, you’ll know.
