*Set in a bleak near-future where society is crumbling, “Loft” follows Raoul and Raphaela — a privileged young couple drifting through a dying world with detached curiosity. When they wander into an underground art exhibition hosted by a group of anarchic youths, they expect avant-garde provocation… not danger.*

*Inside the Loft, surrealist paintings cover the walls, handmade sculptures rot in corners, and the air thrums with a volatile mix of creativity and rage. The hosts, a group of disillusioned punks led by the intense and unpredictable Furio, see the wealthy couple not as guests but as symbols of the social decay they believe destroyed the world.*

*Tension escalates quickly. Raoul and Raphaela attempt to leave, but the group blocks their way. What begins as ideological confrontation spirals into a psychological siege: the couple is isolated, interrogated, humiliated, and forced to confront the harsh resentment boiling beneath society’s ruins.*

*Furio, driven by a personal ideology rooted in class rage and apocalyptic fatalism, manipulates the situation into a twisted “trial.” Through mind games, threats, and emotional pressure, he forces Raoul and Raphaela to face the widening gulf between the privileged and the abandoned.*

*The Loft becomes a claustrophobic pressure cooker — a symbolic battleground where youth rebellion, social collapse, and existential despair collide. As the night unfolds, alliances break, paranoia erupts among the anarchists, and the couple’s fate becomes tied to a world spiraling far beyond their control.*

*Equal parts punk nightmare, political allegory, and fever-dream art film, “Loft” stands as a cult German dystopian thriller — harsh, confrontational, surreal, and dripping with the nihilism of the 1980s underground.*
