Martial arts classes for adults

I'm looking into trying out a martial art. I'm not quite sure what yet but something along the lines of jiu-jitsu, boxing, judo, etc. Just something for me to get moving yknow.

What're some classes offered in or near the Stamford area? And what are their schedules and rates?
