Card grade

I have a question. Is it a good idea to grade this card. I mean do I have a chance for a 10 and if not 10 is it a 9 at minimum. I think that centering is very good but i dont know how would they take into the account the white dot on the top (also i am not even sure if it is a white dot). Also I might be wrong but I think I see whitening on the top left corner in the front. Any thoughts?
