Daily Quality concern email. CA-DA

I received quality concern email from telus all through November. Started around the first week. Its December 1st and I got it again 1am today. I am very worried about this. I had good quality prior to this and I didn't do anything different. Has anyone experienced this before? What can be done please.Does it ever get better?
