Dyson Vis Nav at less than half off a good deal for carpets?

Hey all, new to robot vacuums. We have a 90% low to medium pile carpet house. 2 cats.
No kids, little clutter. While looking at vacuum options I’m seeing the Dyson Vis Nav at $500 Canadian today (like $350 American) and am thinking it may be a great deal at that price. I know navigation has been dodgy but it seems like many say it improved with app updates.
I love the idea of good legit suction and don’t need the mop function.

Any thoughts?
