What Thunderbolt dock should I buy for the new P14s Gen 6 (Intel)?

The last ThinkPad I bought was the T25 from 2017 (still using now), I bought a nice docking station for it - where the laptop sits on top of it and locks with a key, its perfect and I have zero issues with it (really like the form-factor and the release mechanism).

However, I just upgraded and ordered a P14s Gen 6 (Intel version) which will be delivered in a couple of weeks - I noticed they no longer do the docking port at the bottom of the PC :( it seems like Lenovo is backtracking on many unique features lately ... therefore I have to use a Thunderbolt dock over USB-C.

My question to you guys is, should I buy an official ThinkPad Thunderbolt Dock OR go with a third party one? I saw Anker now makes docks; and many other brands do as well. What's best in your experience? I need Display Port for my external monitor (which is pretty common on all these docks). Quality-wise, what's better / more reliable in the long run?

Thanks for your time.
