Constant game crashes

I tried playing japan with new dlc and every time games crashes in 1940. For two games I played,it happened In both Checked the errors log and in both cases it says ai tried to post an invalid command: naval_mission_move_command. Any ideas what cases it? I doubt it is mods fault (only use music and coal fix) Unfortunately I don't have saves before last one before crashes
