So, I didn't have high hopes for Bibb, but he has still managed to disappoint me. Aren't the Browns a moneymaking enterprise? Aren't the Haslams billionaires? Now the city is legally obligated to praise them if they do anything, theoretically, good. Bogus. The schools are in shambles and we're really failing these children. It makes me very sad and angry.

Much to my surprise, a recent interaction with CPD went very well and is a bright spot for me. Officer Bloom, badge #1602, she's cool. She's welcome in my home in the future, if need be, if she doesn't mind leaving her gun outside, which she's probably not allowed to do. I digress. The police encounter was entirely necessary and what their imagined roles were boggle my mind. I'm disappointed in 988 and Frontline Services too, at the moment. But they mean well.

Anyhow, Mayor Bibb is working with some interesting people- state Republicans, Tr*mp administration people. If it's good for the city, that's fine. But I don't expect it will be. I just don't think this center right corporate Democrat administration is what we voted for or were sold on. Mayor Bibb is almost universally unpopular on Nextdoor.

That brings me to my next and final point. A friend on Nextdoor has asked me to find him a reliable plow company in Kamm's corners. I gather he's older and he and his wife were taken advantage of last year. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.

Cheers!

Frustrations with Bibb. Need a reliable plow company in Kamm's
