29 y/o female - resume review, HELP! (please)

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some outside perspective on my career direction and my resumes. I am a 29Y/O female living in the Austin, TX area but also open to moving, as I am a single individual with no ties to this area and no children. I’m at a point where I’m open to different paths and would really appreciate honest, constructive feedback… I NEED something to work out for me. My current job is mentally and emotionally draining. I spend every single day absolutely miserable. It has a major impact on the rest of my life at this point.

About me/background:
I have experience across operations, investigations/public administration, and brand/event work. My background includes government and corporate operations roles, criminal justice–related work, event operations, brand activations, and promotional staffing. I’m comfortable in fast-paced environments, coordinating logistics, solving problems, and working with the public.

What I’m exploring next:
I’m currently considering several career lanes that I could see myself enjoying:

  • Operations, project/program coordination or management
  • Event operations, brand activations, sports & media roles
  • Government-adjacent, investigative, compliance, or policy roles

I’m not sure which lane I want to commit to long-term yet.. the joy of someone who has a broad mindset and can see themselves doing many different things, so I’m presenting both of my resumes for you guys:

  1. Operations / Investigative / Public Administration resume

Operations / Investigative / Public Administration resume

  1. Creative / Event Ops / Brand Activation resume

Creative / Event Ops / Brand Activation resume

What I’d love feedback on:

  • Does the formatting make sense?
  • Are the bullet points strong, clear, and results-driven?
  • Does each resume effectively align to the roles I’m targeting?
  • Are there improvements I should make for clarity, impact, or readability?
  • Any tips for someone who’s exploring multiple career paths and wants their resumes to stand out? or tips in the job search/applying process as a whole??

Any advice whether it be formatting, wording, direction, or strategy… all is appreciated. Thank you! SO so much.
