Hey everyone. Uncle Pauly here.

I’ve dedicated the last 5 years of my life to seeds and this plant. My mission is simple: help home growers, veterans, and anyone battling their mental health.

It helped me when I wasn’t strong enough to help myself.

I’m sharing the best grow lessons I’ve learned so more of us can treat our own mental health at home, while the government is busy trying to take that right away.

This one’s about consumption, not canopy.

Growing your own is powerful. But there are times where taking a break (or cutting back) is actually a flex, not a failure.

Here are 5 moments where I think a pause is worth considering:

1) When “after work sesh” becomes “can’t face work without it”

If you need it to get going instead of to unwind, that’s a signal.

2) When every emotion = “time to smoke”

Bored? Smoke. Sad? Smoke. Mad? Smoke.

If you never sit with anything sober, you’re not really processing.

3) When tolerance makes your own fire feel boring

If you’re ripping through your best jars and barely feeling it, a reset can make your own work feel special again.

4) When people you trust start to worry

If multiple humans who love you are gently saying “hey man, you okay?”, listen.

5) When your goals never move but your stash always does

If jars rotate and your life doesn’t, that’s data.

You’re not weak for taking a tolerance break or changing how you use the plant.

Sometimes that’s exactly how you protect your relationship with it long term.
