PC for christmas

Hello dears, I hope you’re all doing well today. My son has been askin me for a pc for quite some time now. He’s not a gamers, but he does all sorts of little design things, 3D figures and whatnot. Truly amazing work for a boy who's only 12! We don’t have a computer at home, so most days I take him down to the library and I sit with my mystery novel while he makes all those fancy creations on their machines. I’m hoping to get him something this Christmas, but I only have about 500 dollars to my name for it. If any of you sweet PC kids could help an old gal figure out what might be best for him, I’d be ever so grateful.
